Damaged Items

Damage may occur during repair process that was not otherwise preventable. CSR is not responsible for damages that may occur during the repair process. Due to construction methods, some styles may not be eligible for repair.

Personal Items

REMOVE ANY AND ALL PERSONAL ITEMS including but not limited to: Laces, Inserts, Orthotics, or special adornments prior to shipping. We are not responsible for them.


Please allow 2-3 weeks for repair to be completed and returned. We pay for return shipment back to you.
